Conveying the fresh, fun, and inclusive culture of a growing company hoping to increase hires.

I led the user interaction design for Instacart’s careers website as a consultant with Noise13, starting with concepting and wireframes and finishing with the interface designs. Our goal was to increase job applicants and display the fun and accepting culture of the company. I played on the topical nature of this food-based business with the mobile “hamburger” menu, illustrations, and the recipe card design.
